At home and Home gym Workouts 3/20/20

HOME GYM WORKOUT

STRENGTH/ACCESSORY WORK
*These are the little things we all need more of, to not just improve our workout performance but add to our quality of life outside of the gym

*This workout piece is not for time or score, but checkmark that you completed it, and post in the notes on SugarWOD the weights you worked up to.

*You will choose the weight for each movement, increasing as you go. Make it as challenging as possible while still maintaining good technique.

*Work through this not for time but with intention. You should be concentrating on each movement, not moving too quickly, but don’t stand around either after each set and move immediately to next item. After each round you’ll have an official 2 minute rest.

*If you do this all correctly, you will be tired at the end, and you will be sore tomorrow 😉 Guaranteed!

4 Sets:
8 Bench Press
12 Romanian Deadlifts (targets hamstrings)
16 Dumbbell Floor Presses
20 Dumbbell Rows (10 on each arm)
24 Hollow Rocks

Rest 2:00

At Home Workout

For Time:
*If you want to make this workout nastier, grab that object around the house and carry during the runs!
*Make sure to put in notes what you used!

Run 400m or 14 shuttles (30ft lines)
50 Air Squats
Run 400m or 14 shuttles
50 Push-ups
400m Run or 14 shuttles
50 Sit-ups
Run 400m or 14 shuttles
*If you can’t map out what you feel of is a 400m run, then get on your driveway and do shuttle runs the length of your driveway! It doesn’t have to be exact!
*If its raining, run in place with knees high for 60 seconds.
