100 walking or stationary lunge steps with object overhead
80 Object ground to overhead
70 Situps with object in arms
60 Jumping Air Squats (try to get off the ground each rep)
*Pick an object around the house to hold overhead during lunges, to do situps with, and also something you can pick up off the floor and put overhead for the ground to overhead. These can be different objects based on what challenges you!
