50 Jumping Lunges with light object in front rack (R/L=2)
40 Dips (hands on a table or chair behind you)
30 Ground to Overhead with object
20 Tuck Jumps (bring knees as high as possible)
1 Mile Run (or run for 10 minutes)
*Every minute on the minute complete 3 burpees (except for run. once you start running you are free of the burpees!)
