*Daily workout and endurance the same today

Every 2 minutes for 32 minutes, rotate stations. (4 rounds)
*Coaches we have 35 machines and should be able to accommodate at least 30 athletes. Substitutions are below if needed.
*Athletes, consider finding a group of 4 people and then setting up a rotation to hit all 3 machines and ball slam stations, each starting at a different station
