Bring a Friend(s) FREE Saturday!
Instead of waiting until the last Saturday of the month, we are moving up Bring a Friend(s) Free Saturday to this Saturday the 24th for our 9am workout.
This is because our next “Learn To” Crossfit cycle just happens to restart this coming Monday the 26th! So it works perfectly.
To make it more advantageous, we are offering a 50% off first month for any new member that joins with a 6 or 12 month agreement from Saturday through Monday the 26th ONLY.
Soooooo, if you have anyone in mind, or that’s been on the bubble, here is a chance to either invite them to the Saturday Bring A Friend(s) workout and sign up OR let them know about the deal and have them show up Monday night at 6:30PM for our next Learn To Class!
*Do Not Fear! If you are timid about a team workout, this is where you quickly realize that you are still able to scale the weight and movements to your abilities, and put together a team of 2 others that encourage and motivate each other and build relationships… not to mention have a great workout. These could very easily be the most fun workouts if you’re open minded about it! Coaches will assist you in putting together teams! Have a great workout!

*If there is an odd number of people, teams of 2 please complete the workout as written but imitate a 3rd person by allowing 90 seconds of rest after both of you have gone. This will give you the same “stimulus”, the same results from the workout as everyone else. Watch the clock.
