W.O.D. and Barbell Class Saturday 1/13/18

Barbell Class!

On the second Saturday each month, right after our 9am workout, we have our monthly Barbell/Olympic Lifting Class from 10-11:30am, which replaces our typical weekly skills class at that time. 

This class focuses specifically on the snatch and the clean & jerk movements.

Come get coached on your movement and develop a plan to get better at your Olympic lifting!


Conditioning WOD

10 Overhead Stationary Lunges 95/65 R/L=1

15 Hand Release Pushups

20 KB Swings 55/35

25 Calorie Row

30 Second Unbroken Plank (RX-on elbows)

*Scale pushups on knees or off a box

*Scale Plank by accumulating 30 seconds as needed, as well as going to your hands instead of your elbows
