Reminder that the second Saturday of each month is our Barbell (Olympic Lifting) Class from 10-11:30AM with childcare available. This take place immediately after our 9am workout.
Come take some time and be coached on the clean and jerk and the snatch, to not just help you with your technique but also move more efficiently in your workouts through cycling.
