Time to look into the CrossFit Open!  Every year as a gym and also as a culture, people from all over the world sign up for the CrossFit Open.  Some do it as a chance take a chance to test themselves similar to a bench mark workout, others like to get a little competitive with others in the gym, and then others try to qualify to go to the next level!  Either way, it can be a very fun and encouraging event!

It’s 5 weeks long and a workout is released once a week by CrossFit HQ in which we all do as a gym on each Friday, as the daily WOD.   We will have a Friday Night Lights event, most likely 7:30PM – 9:30PM each of those weeks where anyone and everyone can come do the workout in a energetic atmosphere, if they rather not do it the daily class that day!

10 Box overs 24/20
10 Heavy Thrusters 135/95
10 Heavy Power cleans 205/135
10 Toes to bar
10 Burpee ring muscle-ups
10 Toes to bar
10 Power cleans
10 Thrusters
10 Box Overs
10 Overhead squats

*Scale Burpee Muscle ups with 10 Burpee Bar Muscle Ups OR 20 Burpee Pullups (1 burpee, then 1 jumping pullup)
