Team Strength/Conditioning WOD – 35 minute cap

Teams of 3, splitting reps however desired
For Time:
80/55 Calorie Bike
60 Squat Clean and Jerks (155/105), 60 Toes to Bar
40 Squat Clean and Jerks (185/125), 40 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
20 Squat Clean and Jerks (225/155), 20 Bar Muscle-ups
80/55 Calorie Bike

*Scale CTB Pullups with pullups, jumping chest to bar, banded or barbell, or 3:1 ring rows
*Scale Bar MUs with 2:1 Chest to Bar Pullups, 3:1 Pullups, jumping pullups, banded pullups or 5:1 ring rows

*Preferably teams of 3, but if odd number of athletes, no matter if mixed teams or not, teams of 2 complete the rep scheme 60,40,25,15,60. Teams of 1 either join another team of 3 and shadow an athlete, when they work you work, when they rest, you rest OR go solo and complete the workout going 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest to imitate another teammate, with the rep scheme 30,20,15,10,30
