On the 0:00 – 10 Reps @ 65% of your 1 rep max
On the 2:00 – 8 Reps @ 70%
On the 4:00 – 6 Reps @ 75%
On the 6:00 – 4 Reps @ 80%
On the 8:00 – 2 Reps @ 85%
*If you do not know your 1 rep max back squat, please aim to find a challenging weight for each of these sets, and complete the same sequence or repetitions.
