*Coaches – look at lining up the bikes on the side of the main gym area that has no rig, where the rowers typically are, for easy access.  Boxes could be lined on edges, near the rig at the front and side, still with room for pullups as needed. For larger groups, look at starting different groups on different movements all ending on the rest BUT RX ATHLETES MUST START ON THE THRUSTERS, if completing “prescribed”.

“Fight Club” – 17 minutes

*Benchmark workout – this is a knock off of what you would know as “Fight Gone Bad”.  This version is more aggressive and better tests skill as much as work capacity.   Jot down your score.  This is a workout we will retest a few months from now to see where your fitness has come!
