Cones 15′ Apart (Down and Back = 30′) (5 Down and Backs = 150′)

Split work as needed, 1 partner works at a time.

16:00-20:00.

Partners switch as needed and as often as necessary to keep intensity high and transition time short.

Move through the bike fast and get to the lunges and wall walks.
