CFR Master’s consist of low intensity workouts designed to improve your quality of life on a daily basis.
-You will experience cardio type workouts with light resistance training
-Increased Flexibility and Mobility
-Will aid in day-to-day activities
-Your educated trainer is there to challenge, encourage, and monitor correct movements and form
-It will be held two times a week , Tuesday/Thursday at 7am
-Members will be an additional $40 and non-members $75 a month, as this class will be specifically programmed for this clientele. Members may also do CFR’s normal group classes as well.
