I joined CrossFit Republic in February of 2018 and I never looked back. I joined to loose weight and make friends. I started seeing a bigger picture as my journey continued. I wanted to be apart of that bigger picture by giving back to the community and becoming a coach to share my passion and to love on others. God definitely knew what he was doing when he sent me to CFR!

I found my people! A place where I can serve others and bring the joy I experience on a daily basis. What we have here is special. A community like no other.

A little about me…

I was born and raised right here in Missouri. I own Gray’s Hilltop Game Birds in Ash Grove. Farm life is rewarding but definitely a lot of hard work. I have been married since 1999 and have 3 amazing kids who are all grown now.

I am really excited to help others find a passion in fitness and to serve as your coach at CrossFit Republic!
